I saw them at Global Sugar Arts when I got their email about their specials for May. I don't do many TT cakes but was wondering the same thing. They are not carved in so the base will not be smaller than the top so am thinking they will be a straight edge with a slanted top. I like Sharon Zamtiot's TT method... her cakes are so pretty. I have her DVD and it explains it so well.
Am curious to see what everyone has to say!!!
