"The Mat" Review
I just recently purchased The Mat made by Sweetwise from Cal Java. I must say that I Love this item.
It has saved me. I was getting so frustrated with fondant because every time I am doing a fairly large cake it was so hard for me to get the fondant on the cake with out it tearing. The mat is so simple. You just roll it out and turn it over onto your cake and it just pulls right off so easily with no tears and since you do not need any Powdered sugar or corn starch it keeps the elephant skin and cracks from appearing. No mess to clean up is wonderful also. I paid $19 after shipping and handling so for me this is a great buy. I hope this review helps someone!!

I love my mat too!!! It is amazing and saves me a lot of time. My only complaint is that it took forever to arrive at my house in ON.

It saves me alot of time too! Its a wonderful tool. Mine only tool 3 days to arrive but im in Washington and it came from California so that could be why!
