Hi,

I have one that is a food service mix that I use in my bakery.  It is delicious and the customers rave over it.  It is nothing like most of the junk that you buy out of the grocery store.  I could ship you a few pounds.  I don't know when your customer's event is.

thank you so much, i would love that. i made a version of a yellow cake and i used splendar i was not to happy because i felt it was not at moist or tasty as my regular cake the customer said the cake was good.

That's great.  I will be happy to send you some.  Just let me know how much you would like.  It would be $3.95 per pound plus whatever shipping.  One pound would make a regular cake like a box of regular cake mix would.

If you liked the outcome other than being dry, have you considered sugar-free simple syrup?  You buy it in the coffee section where the coffee syrups are.  I use vanilla flavoring on almost everything.
