Sugar Free Cake Recipes
I have been asked to do a number of birthday cakes for kids that are sugar free. I need to get some simple sugar free cake and sugar free icing recipes that have been tested by members here. Thanks!

I have not tested any myself but beware of the sweetners that contain aspertame.... it is really not good for you. I use truvia and stevia as sweetners in things and they are both great... but have not baked with them. I am diabetic so you'd think I'd learn how but my take is that sweets are supposed to be sweet and I just can not eat them like most people can.. but I sure love making them...do I cheat... oh yes I do!
