Sugar Decoration Toppers

Hi everyone!  I was asked to make a western cake for 25-30 people for a bridal shower.  The cake has a western hat and boot as toppers.  I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what I should charge and where to find info. on making them as this is the first time I will be making them.  Thanks a lot.
