Smudge Slice recipe
Hi! I am desperately searching for a recipe called (least here in SA)"Smudge" ??/ Our dear previous employee disappeared with our recipe book,so we a little stuck.
I recall some of the ingredients,icing sugar,cocoa,broken Marie biscuits ...spread in a Swiss roll pan,baked and cut into slices.
Very similar in taste to shortbread and fudge.
Long shot but who knows someone out there may be able to assist. Thanks every so much!
