Anyone have or have used one of these? I was considering purchasing the Cricut for an intricate monogram, but cuts are limited to cartridges. This may be a wonderful alternative. My specific questions are: How hard is it to convert for cake use? Is the software user friendly? What types of files can you use with the software?

Linda McClure makes one just for fondant, and it also comes with the paper blade :) I am also looking into one of these instead of the cricut, as it can do so much more !
