Checked their site, & yes they do. But states you are responsible for paying applicable duty which isn't included in the shipping cost.
You can always order, estimate your cost & see if it is affordable. Here in Canada, if items are shipped by UPS, I don't order as besides duty, they tack on a whopping dilivery fee. What about Jem Cutters in SA??
