Shipping cupcakes??
Has anyone ever shipped cupcakes? I want to send some to a very close friend who lives in California. I've never shipped any baked goods so I'm doing research. I know icing them is out of the question, but what about fondant?

Thank you!! That is exactly what I needed. It looks like I can ice them myself (so much yummier than fondant) and send her some yummy treats. I'll freeze and over night them.
