Sheet cake sizes
I have been asked to do a sheet cake for a blue and gold cub scouts banquet. It needs to serve 80 people. I have a 11x15 pan. Should I do a double stacked cake, or do two next to each other? What would you suggest? I am so bad at estimating serving sizes and number of servings, and I really want there to be enough cake.
