Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Hello Everyone! It's been FOREVER since I was last on this site, but I am back in full swing!!!

So, my question is this... (and I'm sure it's probably been asked a million times, so my apologies)...

I was asked to make a sheet cake to feed 75 ppl! I'm thinking a full sheet?! What say you? And what are the dimensions? 12x18 or larger???

Your assistance/advice is very much appreciated! :-)

A 12 x 18 x 2 is 72 party servings according to Wilton's chart - http://www.wilton.com/cakes/making-cakes/baking-party-cake-2-inch-p...

Thanks Deah! I was even thinking two 11x15's so they can have bigger slices. May even be more than 75 ppl, from what I understand.

I figure 20 servings for a 12x18x2.  I think 72 is for a two layer 12x18 cake.  I'd check those figures on the chart.
