Does anyone know if I can use a fruit filling on a stacked and sculpted cake? And if so got any good recipes? The sculpting will be minimal. Thanks any help is greatly appreciated.
The only issue I could see with this would be that your stacked cake might slide around a bit as you are carving. You could try carving it, then stacking it. Also, make sure your cake is really well chilled so that it's good and firm when you cover it.
