I wouldn't drive to USA for a cake mix Linda, unless it was something spectacular!!! I have a go to scratch recipe for R/V cake that is awesome. I have never heard of using malted milk powder for baking. We have Horlicks here, a UK brand. I will have to check this out.

Ya, I get that Linda. Appreciate the thought. I don't think Top's supermarket would carry this anyway. I find there selections for so many things is limited. I use to try & find weight watcher products their, not much luck. And of all things, go to a dinky little supermarket where my son went to school, in a small rural NY area.....eureka!!!! I find WW products their!!!!  Go figure.
