Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I have a wedding cake due in August, the bride and groom have requested raspberry cheesecake filling.  I have made one cheesecake filling and added pureed/strained raspberries, according to my husband it tastes like yogurt...?  Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for this?  TIA!!

Megan - what if you made the regular cheesecake filling and then layered fresh raspberries on top? Or seedless raspberry jam?

I did something similar yesterday - I layered mascarpone filling and put some chopped cherry pie filling on top of that in between the layers.
I will have to try that. Seems it would work to get more raspberry flavor in there. Thanks Eileen!
Hello Megan...I made a birthday cake yesterday and used 8 oz of mixed berry cream cheese store bought 7 ounces of marshmellow fluff it was wonderful i got the recipe from this web site they called for strawberry cream cheese... everyone loved it..
