i agree, maybe you refer to white chocolate, there is no white cocoa out there but i order my ingredients for baking from barry farms, very reliable and cheaper too.<br />

Very helpful. Last time my rose kept trying to slide off the nail. So if that repeats I won't be able to tilt the nail away from me. I was trying to make a practice buttercream thats inedible so my daughter won't try to eat it behind my back. Ghiradelli has something called white cocoa powder. I'm going to try it and see.
