Pillow Cakes

I have been commissioned to make a 5 tier pillow cake.  I have not made one yet, has anyone made a Pillow Cake and was it hard or simple to make.  I will be practicing this weekend on one

but I just want to hear from ones that have made the cake previously.  Thanks
