Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Hi

I will be using space in a local restaurant, and using my own oven.  I have always used a gas oven, for my baking, and was wondering before I purchase one, what the preference is for bakers here.  Electric or gas?

I know a convection oven would probably be best, but just starting out, I don't think I can afford one. 

Any suggestions would be great.
