Oklahoma Bakery Act Passed!

Just a head's up for any Oklahoma bakers who maybe haven't heard, OK House Bill 1094 finally passed; it goes into effect November 2013! There are some limitations, but this is great news for all of us that wish to make an income with our baking/cake art hobbies! Read all about it :)
