Internet providers may be your only source.

Larger cake supply companies in the UK have websites eg Squires Kitchen [http://www.squires-shop.com/uk] as do companies in Netherlands [eg web shop http://www.acds.nl/], Germany [eg http://tortenwelt-shop.com/] etc..

 I don't know if language will be a problem - but it is a suggestion ..

Pls. check for www.wilton.com  website! They have so many ingredients and materials.

Found a couple online Julie. The last one I found on a forum board for people who had moved to Spain.  But don't know much about there prices or delivery. Hope this helps.   :o)
