My first stacked cake
Hi everyone, I am thinking of doing either a two or three tier stacked cake for my mother's 80th birthday coming up next month. I have done some cake decorating in the past but this will be my first stacked cake. If I could get some pointers and some advice I would appreciate it, thanks so much!

Make sure to use a good support system, that is key. Either bubble tea or milk shake straws, the Wilton support system or if doing 3 tiers use a more supportive system. I like these for larger cakes: http://www.countrykitchensa.com/shop/assembly-display/plates-with-l...
