Has anyone heard of or know how to make a maple ganache? I love the Maple Pecan Danish from Tim Horton's and a manager told me that the filling was a maple ganache. It definitely has a maple flavor but not sure it is a ganache. Any help please?
I have only made chocolate ganache so far, but it seems to me that you could use maple flavoring with white chocolate chips in place of semi-sweet? Just a thought. I think I'll try it!
