I don't have these pans but i have done some reading about them. Seems the general opinion is that they aren't a good investment. Because of the shape, the thicker part of the pan bakes slower the thinner part so the thin part overbakes.

Thank you , I appreciated. I guess I'm just gonna have to learn how to do it ; )

Deah - that was my thought too, when I saw them.  The way you make Topsy Turvy's isn't actually that difficult. (o.k., yes, I've never made an actual TT, but have made lots of slanted cakes where the idea is the same). :)  The video tutorials out there are excellent and FREE - I know there's one on here too.  Good Luck, Ive!!

Thanks Eileen. I'm going to practice with the box cakes till I perfect  it.  I was just trying to find an easy way. Thanks for the encouragement, I'll take a look at the tutorials . I am new at this .. found it by accident..lol ..anyway I am thankful,  because I'm learning new things.  : )

Ivi , i bought the topsy turvy pan set and i love them! easy to use and you would think that one side would cook to quick but they dont. the only thing is you have to trust that they will take 1 hr. 15 min. and leave them in the oven that long. they will not burn and they are not dry. easy way to do topsy turvy cakes.
