Looking for a really good ORGANIC white cake recipe from scratch.
A friend of mine is doing a cake for her daughter and is getting very frustrated because the texture and moistness of the cake is just all wrong. She has tried many, many recipes and it is just not working.

Rebecca, your so great, LOL I made a post 2 under this one with no replies, called a friend of mine last night and she gave me a good recipe for a yellow cake I am going to try out. I also bought a "gulp" boxed all natural mix. It doesnt have to be organic at all I just dont want all the crap thats in a regular box mix :) I'll play with the organic stuff once I get the perfect non organic recipe.
