LOL

Today was the first time I have ever stacked a cake.....It was just a mess.....lol I didn't no how important dowels were, had I known I would have used them...the funny part is the cake looked like a Topsy cake and when I got to my destination if fell FLAT.....It fell in my husband and I laughed so hard thank god this was not a customers cake....I had a lot of fun stacking them but now I how Important DOWELS are, just thought I would share the story I posted the cake so now If you don't no what a cake with out dowels look like now you no.....*__* ANOTHER LEARNING EXPERIENCE AT MY EXPENSE well worth it....My niece told me I have to make her another cake behind that.....lol
