Keeping Cakes Refrigerated
Hello everyone!
How long can you bake and refrigerate a cake without out it losing its delicious taste and without drying out. I have a client that wants a cake for Saturday but I have a wedding cake due the same day and time. I was hoping to cake and give her the cake she needs on Thursday. Do you think it would be fine?

I've had people pick up cakes on Wednesday for Saturday parties without any problems at all!
