POST TWO PICTURES, one top view tagged "JJ's Amateur Contest Top", and one side view tagged "JJ's Amateur Contest Side". See the attached photos for an example. Please limit your entries to one per person!

What exactly makes an "amateur"? Like how many years/ months experience...?
My name is Joann Smith and here is my entry for "JJ's Amateur All Occasion Cake Contest!"
The cake is a Red Velvet with Cream cheese icing. The piping on the side is also cream cheese icing. All the flowers are made with butter cream icing.
