introducing myself:
hi, my name is dav, have a grown up family and will be reaching retirement age in just over a decade. decided to re-ignite an old passion of baking and decorating cakes, does anyone out there have a tried and successful recipe for an egg -less Victoria sponge cake.

hi jeri c, thank you for your reply, i have tried goggling and the recipes i have used successfully are the chocolate ones, but as yet have not found anything that will give me the same results for a plain spongy sponge.

Bummer.. I am not a sponge cake fan but I do have a killer chocolate cake posted on my blog on here...however it does have eggs in it.
