how to make a fondant dancing girl

Hi all.  I've had a request for a cake for a gorgeous wee girl i mind from her mother.  The little girl is gonna be 5 yrs old in april and she goes to highland dancing and her mother asked me if i could make a fondant girl for the top of the cake and she has to be doing highland dancing.  (this dancing is when they wear a kilt and the arms and legs move about).  Has any1 seen a model like this or can point me in the right direction of a tutorial of this. Thanx
