Hello everyone!!! I have a question I have always decorated w butter cream or whip cream but want to learn to dec w fond I bought a small pack from Michaels and had a hard time with it! It was hardand would just crumble is that normal? :( Sonia

Ooooo you must have gotten the Wilton brand... I started out with Wilton several years ago and thought I'd never like working with fondant... then I discovered Satin Ice. Makes a girls life soooo much easier.

You might try popping it into the microwave for 10 seconds... no longer it can burn you.. (found that out the hard way).. The microwave will soften it right up.

As for the question as the heading of your post... adding pictures, go to photos at the top of the page then crete your album from there.
Lol yes I did use Wilton it was horrible! And I gave up and now it's been about six months and have been browsing the Internet and I see so many beautiful cakes and most if them ate made with fondant Im so used to working w butter cream and whip but I'm ready to try again now thanks for the info I'm gonna go look for it tomorrow :)
