High-ratio shortening

I am new to the forum and loving it! Have a qsnt. about high-ratio shortening...have been told that some brands that you can buy at the grocery store like Bake-Rite and Mrs. Tuckers are considered to be high-ratio? I know Mrs. Tucker's is made by ACH Co. which makes Sweetex but wondering if anybody out there knows?? Thx!!
