for example,the recipe ask for 8cup PS,my cup was about 220g,so i put all the 8*220g PS in the bowl.but its too many!today someone told me that if you measure PS,1cup is about 100g,so i tried it ,but its too few.
I'm confused ,which is correct ,and how many grams
the 1/2cup glucose is?
Here is the fondant i made ,its granular、powdery and cant be stretched too long.

I actually consulted a link on the web when posting the conversions here. In Canada we still teeter-totter between metric measurements & American/Canadian standard. Confusing sometimes. If they want our country "metric", wish they would just change over 100% and be done with it. Guessing it is because of our proximity to the USA that we still do both. That is a brilliant suggestion tho, buying the spoons & cups. Does save the hassel of figuring things out.
