HELP Icing stabalizers
I have a friend with a restaurant, I asked him to order me some hi ratio shortening. He instead ordered Mr Chips Icing Stabilizer. Does anyone have experience with this product. It says it is a shortening, and it is in chips. Oh and I now have 40 pounds of this stuf LOL. Can and how do I use it. I live in a very hot, humid coastal climate. Any info would be greatly appreciated. And if you need any I would be glad to sell some cheap.

Hi Melinda go to www.kitchenkrafts.com they carry 3lb tubs of Hi Ratio shortening for 9.95...I hope this helps!...Happy Baking!
