Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Has anyone made carob ganache? I tried some carob today and didn't mind it. I hadn't eaten carob in yeeears and it will NEVER replace chocolate in my heart of hearts, but it got me thinking about those of us who don't like chocolate or can't eat it.
I would think that it would have to be mixed with some fat of some sort as well as cream to get that ganache consistency.
Any ideas?
