Right you are Goreti - they are all meringues, sandwiched together with whipped cream, one side dipped in melted chocolate. Some topped with raspberries. Yummy.

We are very big on meringues because we have many desserts that need egg yolks so that is what we do with the white but we don't usually dip them or top them. Have to tried it one of these days.
