Gingerbread Man cake
Hi- I need to make a cake shaped as a gingerbread man. Is there a tin available in this shape? or will i have to carve it freehand?

Yes, there's a Wilton pan. I doubt you could find one in stores this time of year, but you could get them on Ebay if you have the time. Here's one:
