Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I have read alot of people using ganache as a filling, and also an icing. I have even read people using ganache as a crumb coat. I guess I have a lot to learn!!! All I have ever used ganache for is strawberries :\

 

can someone share the recipe they use for filling and how would you use it for a crumb coat or icing? Thanks so much!!!!
