I'm sitting here safe in the UK and worrying for all of you in the path of Sandy. Stay safe everyone and know that we are thinking of you all.

Thanks Katy. I'm grateful that my husband was sent home from work. One less thing to worry about. Although I am not in an area that will be the hardest hit, it is still a very dangerous storm. I'm hoping that I don't end up with a tree on top of my house. The wind gust right not are pretty scary. Windows rattling & trees swinging to the breaking point. Lost power for a short while but it is back on. Thank goodness cause everything in my home including the water needs electricity. Have a couple of buckets of water so that we are able to use the bathroom but if power goes out for too long that will not last long. Part of our town is already without power due to falling trees on power lines. Hope everyone stays safe & sound.
