fondant recipe
Hi everybody! I just want to ask a favor if you can share a good fondant recipe. I only use MMF before for covering my cakes. I bought a ready made fondant but it is expensive. So I want to try making it. Your comment will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Where abouts in Ontario does your Aunt live?? I am about a hour outside of Toronto.
My caking is just a hobby for me too. Wish I would have had the skill when my kids were small. Making cakes & selling but it wasn't meant to be. I'm not interested in having a cake business after working for 30 yrs. Just want to have fun.

I think my auntie and uncle live in Markham, Ontario. Is it near to your place? They both had a vacation here for the first time after 21 years. They went back just last Feb.28. I also wished that I took Culinary Arts and not an Engineering course for I didn't have any engineering job. Five years of my college should have been spent in the course that I really like. Anyway, at least I have the chance of doing it now. I've been baking for 12 years but most of the cakes I've done are free. It's only last year that my husband and I decided to make it into a business. But still I do cakes for free for my friends and relatives and it's not a daily job for me. So when I'm free I do housework and do some arts and crafts sometimes sewing. I'm glad that I joined CWB. Yes the people here are very helpful and friendly like you. You share what you know and I'm thankful for that. Take care.....
