So i have a question.
Does anyone have a good, reliable recipe for fondant for those of us in Australia without access to 'marshmellow fluff' (At least in my area we don't have it)

If you can find marshmallows in your area, you can just melt them down to do the fondant. If not, then I have found some great recepes for homemade fondant on www.allrecipes.com - I have to admit that the ones I tried were a lot more difficult than the marshmallow fondant, but with practice, you will probably get the consistency you like. I hope this helps!
