Hi! After watching all these cake baking shows on television for a few years now an wishing it was me creating such works of tasty beauty, I am finally doing it! After a year of a remodel on my kitchen, I finally have a brand new one with all new appliances! I have a new range with big oven, (I was thinking cake baking :>) an I have gotten the moist cake down now. My problem...sweating fondant! I was wondering if I can get suggestions on how to keep fondant from sweating while working with it. I live in a warm climate that can reach the nineties, (occasional hundred) most of the summer months, it's not very humid either. We do not have air conditioning (never gets hot enough) an I get the setting sun directly in my kitchen which increases the temp. in the late afternoon, just a bit. All suggestions are appreciated seeing as some things work better for some than others. Hope my info helps, if you need more please just ask. Help me to un-sweat my fondant, Please!! Thanks so much!!
