If you are making flowers with fondant and you want to make a combination of fondant and gumpaste, what is the ratio of fondant to gumpaste for the mix?

Just a few suggestions. Since you are making 10 cakes keep the design simple..or you will exhaust yourself. I didn't see anyone selling fondant flowers...but you can buy premade gumpaste flowers, but be sure to order extras for the breakage factor.
