Basic Cheese Cake

11/2cup graham cracker crumbs 3Tblsp butter (combine and press into 9” spring form pan –bake for 10min. And cool)

 

On low speed: combine

750g Philadelphia cream cheese

3/4cup sugar

3eggs, one at a time

100ml milk  

1tbsp vanilla

 1/4cup flour

Bake at 325F for 1h.leave in the oven to cool completely.
