I can't seem to even get to where you download the book!

It should only show up if you clear your cookies.

Teresa, when you joined you should have received a welcom email.  The download link is in that email.  Check your junk mail folder because sometimes it ends up in there.  If you don't have it, send Theresa Happe a message and she'll get it to you.
