hi guys i'm pretty new to dis thing still, i need your advice on how to get my buttercream to look like this. i kno its d 1m tip but  i dont kno the technique. Thanks in advance

It looks to me like it's swirled in a circle a few times starting on the outside and working in, getting smaller as you go up.  Does that make sense? (It makes perfect sense in my head) ;)  I say  play with it and see what happens.  You may find a technique all your own.  That cupcake looks awfully luscious, by the way.
You can also use tip 2D.  In my opinion 2D gives me a ruffly like look and the 1M more of a swirl.  I agree with Kathy; here is my explanation, start from the outside part of the cupcake and keeping the tip pointed directly down just turn your wrist in a circular motion to make the peak going upward.  Hope this makes sense.
I use the 1M tip a lot on cupcakes.  You do need the larger tips to get the swirls to look like this.  The smaller tips just don't do it.  Be sure your butter cream is not too stiff too.  Makes a huge difference.  And I agree start on the outside edge and make a swirl.  The 1M tip is sold from Wilton in a cupcake tip kit.
