i'm quite new to cup cakes and have found they are great on the day i bake them but they go dry quick, does anyone know what is the best way to make or keep them moist,i have 50 to do for a wedding but they have to be done the day before ,i'm worring that they won't go dry anyone got any suggestions
Keeping them moist would lie on how you store them. I personally keep them sealed on some plastic container or on the box you are going to deliver them with. But the problem with the box is that some oil sometimes drip which makes the box not presentable anymore. I suggest that you use a plastic container that would be big enough to hold them together. Make sure that you seal them properly and store in a cool dry place.
