Collosal Crumb Cakes from New Jersey

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and was hoping to get some feedback on NEW JERSEY CRUMB CAKES.  Historically, for birthdays and family events, I've ordered crumb cakes from Crumb Cake Creations.  I've tried hunting around for their recipe but didn't have much success.  Their cakes have crunch (large) crumbs and really moist cake.  B&W out of Hackensack had a similar cake, but crumb cake creations had a better selection.  That being said, I'm ready to make my own!  Does any one have any good recipes for THICK crumb cakes??
