Coconut replacement

I want to make an Easter bunny cake. I found the perfect cake I want to make, the only problem being that it calls for coconut (to cover the rabbit)  Are there any suggestions as to what I can replace the coconut with?

Try grating a block of white chocolate using the small grater.  Hope this helps!
