Chocolate WASC 2 dark chocolate cake mixes 2 c cake flour 2 1/4 c sugar ( 1/3 c cocoa powder 3/4 t salt ( 2 pkg chocolate fudge pudding mixes 8 egg whites or 6 whole eggs 2 c sour cream 2 c coffee 1 c chocolate milk 1/3 c oil 2 t chocolate extract 2 t vanilla or butter extract
Mix all dry ingredients by hand using a whisk in a very large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees until done.
You can use Chocolate Coffee Syrup to acheive the same flavor. You'll find it at any standard grocery store or beverage center. I use this recipe a lot (minus the coffee - yuck - I use water) (this a doubled version recipe shown here) and always use coffee syrup.
