Chocolate WASC
2 dark chocolate cake mixes
2 c cake flour
2 1/4 c sugar (
1/3 c cocoa powder
3/4 t salt (
2 pkg chocolate fudge pudding mixes
8 egg whites or 6 whole eggs
2 c sour cream
2 c coffee
1 c chocolate milk
1/3 c oil
2 t chocolate extract
2 t vanilla or butter extract

Mix all dry ingredients by hand using a whisk in a very large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
Bake at 325 degrees until done.

Have you made this yet?  Sounds good, but I can't recall ever seeing chocolate extract in my grocery store.
You can use Chocolate Coffee Syrup to acheive the same flavor.  You'll find it at any standard grocery store or beverage center.  I use this recipe a lot (minus the coffee - yuck - I use water) (this a doubled version recipe shown here) and always use coffee syrup.
Adding coffee to the recipe just gives the chocolate a more rich intense chocolate flavor...you don't taste the coffee at all.
