Hi, I've been asked to make a cake as a chicken parmigiana! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Crumbed chicken breast, how would I do that!!

Depending on how many people you are serving, I would start with a 1/4 or 1/2 sheet as a base. Make that look like a table- fondant covered and painted or airbrushed to look like a table cloth. A plate can be made by sandwiching fondant between two real plates heavily covered in cornstarch or 10x to get the shape while it dries.

As for the chicken, rice crispy treat shaped and covered in fondant. Experiment with graham cracker crumbs or crushed corn flakes. I've glued like this before with piping gel. Melted strawberry jam makes a nice marinara. A stiff frosting, piped, makes pasta.

Wow, thanks Chris, I would never have thought to use corn flakes or glueing with piping gel. I'm not sure what graham cracker are?  :-)you so much for you help
